Dos

1.    Rest and relax

Avoid strenuous activity for the first 24–48 hours.

Light walking is usually fine.

2.    Follow medication instructions

Take prescribed medications exactly as directed.

3.    Stay hydrated

Drink plenty of water to support your body.

4.    Eat balanced meals

         Focus on nutritious foods.

5.    Gentle movement

Short walks can improve circulation without stressing the body.

6.    Track symptoms

Note any unusual pain, bleeding, or cramping and report to your doctor.

Don’ts

1.    Avoid heavy exercise

No running, weightlifting, or intense workouts for at least a few days.

2.    No hot tubs, saunas, or very hot baths

Excessive heat may negatively affect implantation.

3.    Avoid smoking and alcohol

These can affect implantation and embryo health.

4.    Don’t lift heavy objects

Minimize strain on the abdominal area.

5.    Avoid stress where possible

         Emotional and physical stress can be counterproductive;
practice gentle relaxation techniques.

💡 Tip: Many clinics recommend light walking, gentle stretching, and meditation to support blood flow and reduce stress without disturbing the uterus.
